Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SaveTaxs, we are committed to delivering high-quality tax and compliance services with utmost professionalism. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be processed. By availing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions stated herein.

1. Nature of Services

SaveTaxs provides professional and consultancy-based services, including but not limited to Income Tax Return (ITR) filing, Form 15CA/CB assistance, DTAA advisory, capital gains computation, and other compliance-related solutions.

As these services involve significant professional expertise, time, and statutory obligations, cancellation and refund requests are subject to strict limitations.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Commencement of Service: Clients may request cancellation prior to the initiation of work. In such cases, a refund may be issued after deduction of applicable administrative and processing charges.
  • After Commencement of Service: Once our professionals have initiated consultation, documentation, or statutory filing, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
  • Subscription-Based Services: For subscription or bundled service plans, cancellations are permitted only if requested before the first consultation or filing activity is initiated.

3. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: If payment has been made for a service that SaveTaxs does not provide, or if the payment was processed in error, a full refund will be initiated.
  • Partial Refund: If cancellation is requested before the initiation of service, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative and processing charges.
  • No Refund:
    • Once services have commenced, no refund will be applicable.
    • Refunds will not be issued in cases where delays or errors occur due to incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Before Commencement of Service: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • SaveTaxs shall not be liable for any delays attributable to banking channels, financial institutions, or payment gateways.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases, where SaveTaxs is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal constraints or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund may be granted at the sole discretion of the management.
